Project Administrator Overview
The Project Administrator (PA) plays a key role in our organization. This role requires assimilating and organizing project details provided by the Sales Managers and Technical Sales Specialists (TSS) in order to input the project into the utility portal, which is then submitted to the utility for approval for the purpose of securing financial incentives. In the course of building projects, the PA will utilize the gained knowledge of the utility incentive programs, and build the project such that we are maximizing the potential incentives provided by the utility to the customer, as well as maintaining our internal margins. The PA will also develop proposals for the sales team, as well as assist with other ad hoc requests, such as project summaries. This work requires strong coordination, organizational and critical thinking skills so that we are developing projects that are financially sound, and achieve the customer’s desired results.
Financial Analyst Overview
Maintain and develop various financial models. Improve financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; measuring product margins, profitability and liquidity; identifying trends; preparing financial projections; evaluating scenarios; preparing valuations; and recommending actions to management.
Identify financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts. Make presentations to clients and to investors. Consult with management to properly price products and services, and to guide and influence long term and strategic decision making within the broadest scope. Key role in near-term third party capital raise activities.
