Zach Martin
Product Manager, Artis Energy Intelligence
Zach Martin is the Product Manager for Artis Energy Intelligence. He has been instrumental in capturing and integrating both client and market needs for the RTIS® platform.
Mr. Martin’s extensive experience working with utility rates, tariffs, and third-party supply agreements helped him create and automate the utility rate engine component of the RTIS® platform. He has spent many hours reviewing and analyzing thousands of utility bills and facility energy consumption data points. By doing so, Mr. Martin developed a proprietary methodology that reviews utility data to determine energy savings opportunities through peak load reductions, waste energy avoidance, utility rate optimization, grid peak avoidance, and equipment optimization strategies.
Mr. Martin has been guiding the RTIS® development team in creating automated trending and Measurement & Verification (M&V) algorithms. These algorithms are informed by real-time energy data, historical performance, external factors, and years of engagements with customers ranging from small commercial/industrials to Fortune 500 companies.
Mr. Martin has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance, and an MBA in finance from Sacred Heart University. At Sacred Heart, he was a member of the Division I track and field team. He is also an Eagle Scout.
