Artis Energy Holdings, LLC (Artis) created this Notice of Online Privacy Practices (Notice) so that you know how we collect, use, disclose, secure and protect the information we collect from you through our website, including your Personally Identifiable Information (PII), as defined below. Artis respects your online privacy and your customer account privacy, and as such, has processes in place to protect your information, including your PII, that you share with us. This Notice, together with our Terms of Use and Conditions, and any other underlying agreements or terms, sets out the basis on which any data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Definition of PII
PII means first name and last name or first initial and last name of an individual in combination with anyone or more of the following data elements that relate to such individual:
a. Social Security number;
b. Driver’s license number or state-issued identification card number;
c. Financial account number, or credit or debit card number, with or without any required security code,access code, personal identification number or password, that would permit access to an individual’s financial account; and
d. Any combined individual information determined to be protected PII by applicable law(s).
Information We Collect
In operating our website, we may collect and process the following information about you:

- If you utilize our services, information you provide to us in relation to contract terms and conditions.

For all users of Artis’s website or other services, Artis does not collect PII about our customers unless they voluntarily submit that information to us.
By submitting a telephone number to Artis you agree that a representative of Artis can contact you at the number you provide, potentially using automated technology (including texts/SMS messaging) or a pre-recorded message. Your consent is not an obligation to receive any of our products and/or services.

PII that customers provide may be used to send identified individuals information about our company, products and services, special offers, and newsletters.
